Alain holds master degrees in business and tax law as well as the Executive MBA of HEC School of management and to an MBA of IAE Pantheon Sorbonne. Alain conducted in many corporate restructuring projects when he was a member of the Special Affairs division of BNP Paribas. Subsequently with Calyon, Oddo Corporate Finance and, as regional head of ING Corporate Finance, he managed over 60 IPOs, and takeover bids as well as numerous M&A transactions and private equity financing and structuring projects. He created XV Finance in 2007.

Timothée Vincent

A graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine (Master of Management Sciences) and holder of a Master of Financial Engineering and Tax Strategy from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne, he participated in, managed or initiated a number of disposal operations, acquisitions, LBO and financing, takeover bids and privatizations, in particular in the Transport, Utilities and Infrastructure, Business Services, Agri-food and Hotel sectors of activity within the Crédit Agricole Group (Financière Indosuez, Calyon then CA-CIB) and Grant -Thornton Corporate Finance. Before XV Finance, Timothée was associated with L’Epervier Corporate Finance Advisors. He joined XV Finance in 2014.
Pierre-Yves Lestringant

Graduated from IEP-Paris and the University of Law (Master of Business Law), having followed an Executive PMD at Harvard Business School, he has pursued his career both in France and in the USA within large networks banking (Barclays Bank, Crédit Agricole, Natixis) as well as in industry, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions of Airbus-France. He has carried out a large number of transactions in the capital markets (IPO, bond issues, structuring of derivative products), mergers & acquisitions and debt restructuring. Before XV Finance, Pierre-Yves was associated with L’Epervier Corporate Finance Advisors. He joined XV Finance in 2015.
